Astra Duel Arena
The Astra Duel Arena is a domed stadium behind the Duel Laboratory. Walk through the gold gate in the laboratory's far wall, down the canyon between the two pylons, and onto the pitch.
The Arena and its show are still being built and may change before release.
Dueling in the Arena
Step up to the ARENA TERMINAL at the edge of the pitch (marked ARENA on your minimap) and press E:
- Pick the duel mode: 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2 Tag, 3 vs 3 Team or Domain Format.
- Pick the Life Points and the rival who captains the other side, and a difficulty if that rival offers several.
- START DUEL IN THE ARENA. The duel table rises on the pitch; afterwards everyone walks back to where they stood.
When you and an online opponent both stand on the pitch, your online 1 vs 1 duel runs in the Arena too.
The show
About 5,000 fans fill the stands, and four giant screens hang above them, showing the scoreboard, a live camera circling the pitch, or the Arena's logo.

| Duel start | Pyro on all eight columns, a white flash, the crowd roars. |
| Damage | A flash in the attacker's color and a roar that grows with the damage. 1,000 or more fires pyro; 2,500 or more adds fireworks. |
| Turn change | The light beams follow the side whose turn it is. |
| The end | Pyro, fireworks in the winner's color, confetti and a stadium wave. |
Between duels the lights cycle slowly and the crowd starts a stadium wave every so often.
The tournament plaza
A hatch on the pitch, next to the Arena terminal, leads to the tournament plaza with its 16 holo duel fields. Tournament finals are played in the Arena itself. See Tournaments.
